PT — Um projeto académico focado no rebrand do logótipo e embalagem da marca portuguesa de cola branca Cola Pica-pau, uma marca que faz parte do imaginário de várias gerações há mais de 50 anos, desde miúdos a graúdos.
EN — An academic project focused on rebranding the logo and label design of the Portuguese white glue brand Cola Pica-pau, a brand that has been a part of the collective memory of several generations for more than 50 years, from kids to grownups.
PT — A nova imagem nasce de uma vontade de adicionar à narrativa da marca sem perder de vista o seu legado e a sua história. Ao Pica-pau atribui-se agora uma ação, um movimento — o picar e quebrar da caixa que, em seguida, é concertada com a cola.
EN — The new image is born from an intention of adding to the brand's narrative without losing sight of its legacy and history. The Woodpecker ("Pica-pau") is now attributed an action, a motion— the peck and breaking of the box, later to be fixed with the glue.
